Hi, I’m Shelly Hansen.
A few years ago, I was living life on autopilot.
On the outside, everything looked “successful.”
A career. A family. A full life.
But inside, I was exhausted. Going through the motions. Telling myself, this is just how life is.
Then I got cancer.
And suddenly the things I used to complain about, avoid, or tell myself I didn’t have time for…
those were the very things I would have given anything to do.
That experience didn’t motivate me.
It woke me up.
I realized I hadn’t been choosing my life.
I had been adapting to it.
After cancer, I made two promises to myself:
- I would stop living on autopilot.
- I would help others wake up before life forces them to.
I didn’t rebuild my life with wishful thinking or hype.
I rebuilt it deliberately.
Using neuroscience, behavioral psychology, identity work, and habit science to understand how real change actually happens in the brain and nervous system.
This course comes from that work.
Not to tell you what your life should look like, but to help you become conscious inside it again, so you can start choosing from clarity instead of habit.
